History

Paramount was originally founded in 1931 in New York as Paramount Automotive Industries Corporation by Alfred Miniaci, an acclaimed entrepreneur and philanthropist. Alfred operated jukeboxes and vending machines in prominent nightlife establishments throughout the five boroughs of the Empire State. A little over 40 years later Albert Miniaci, Alfred’s son, created Paramount Companies in Florida. By introducing arcade games such as PacMan to the United States, Albert was amongst pioneers as he grew Paramount Companies to be the parent corporation for Paramount Automated Food Services, Paramount Vending and Paramount Coffee Services.

Today, under the leadership of Albert and his brother Dominick, Paramount Companies is recognized locally and nationally as South Florida's industry leader in food & beverage vending, amusements and coffee service. Paramount has grown annually, keeping pace with the continuing growth of the businesses and industries that it serves throughout South Florida. Within the past two years Paramount Coffee Services has expanded into Paramount’s origins: New York, New Jersey and their surrounding areas.

Paramount Coffee Service not only provides premium office coffee services, but also breakroom supplies and cleaning supplies in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties in Florida, as well as New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Delaware.
